Cancellation & No Show Policy:

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment or have cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged £15. This will need to be paid in full before any further bookings can be made.

Late Drop Off & Collection Policy:

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact me ASAP so that I am aware. Late arrivals have a knock on effect for other customers and where possible, we will aim to keep your appointment open for you. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment, you may incur the £15 cancellation fee as there may not be sufficient time to complete the groom as scheduled.

I will always contact you 10-15 minutes before your pet is ready for collection. If you have not arrived within 30 minutes, there will be a minimum additional charge payable of £15 as this will cause severe disruption to any subsequent appointments I may have. I do not have more than one dog on the premises at anytime. Some dogs are simply not happy in the presence of other dogs so for the well being of all concerned it is very important collection is made on-time.

De-matting Policy:

Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, it is an offence to cause unnecessary suffering to any animal – this includes prolonged de-matting, which is painful and detrimental to the welfare of the dog. If I find your dog’s coat to be matted, you will be contacted immediately to give permission to fully remove the coat. I will only ever do what is best for the health and well being of your pet. A de-matting or clip off fee will also apply at our discretion.

Flea Policy:

If your pet arrives and is found to have fleas, you will be contacted and asked to collect the dog, to help prevent the spread to other customers. The full groom price will be charged plus a £10 flea charge. 

Aggressive Behaviour Policy:

If your dog displays excessive aggression when being groomed, you will be asked to collect your pet. The price for the service is dependent on how much work has been done prior to collection.

Excluding hand stripping, our prices are based on a regular 6-8 week appointment schedule. The price of the groom may increase if your pet has not been groomed within this time.
